Ultra high performance cutting fluids

Ltd has water-mix cutting fluids and coolants which are continuously
developed to ensure they are of the highest possible performance and meet
the demanding requirements of the industry. We have amine-free coolants,
formaldehyde release biocide free, boron-free, and renewable based cutting
fluids. We have products designed to give long-life when machining modern
magnesium alloys, coolants with low cobalt leaching potential and therefore
suitable for carbide and hard metal grinding. Whatever your application John
Neale Ltd has an advance coolant solution which will enhance you process, or
ease you health and safety concerns. Below are a number of our standard
coolants.
- UHP Coolant
- Chlorine free, Boron free and Bactericide-free. A high oil, extreme
pressure, watermix cutting fluid used for extremely arduous machining on
ferrous alloys like stainless steel cutting, inconel and non-ferrous metals
including aluminium cutting, copper and brass machining. It can be used as neat oil
replacement and maintain surface finish
- Coolant CI-20-S. Semi-synthetic
cutting fluid, water
miscible, metalworking fluid concentrate that produces an ultra stable micro
emulsion specially designed for use in soft water, it is suitable for cast
iron machining as well as general ferrous machining..
- Coolant CI-20-H. Semi-synthetic
cutting fluid, water
miscible, metalworking fluid concentrate that produces an ultra stable micro
emulsion specially designed for machining and grinding in hard water areas, it
is suitable for cast iron cutting and general ferrous machining.
- Coolant CI-40-S. High performance general
purpose semi-synthetic coolant, water miscible, metalworking fluid concentrate
that produces a stable micro emulsion designed for use in soft water, suitable
for cutting cast iron, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Suitable for
grinding and cutting applications.
- Coolant CI-40-H. High performance semi-synthetic,
water miscible, metalworking fluid concentrate that produces a stable micro
emulsion for use in hard water.
- Coolant CS-50EP-H. Multipurpose, semi-synthetic
water soluble cutting and grinding fluid. It is a long life fluid,
formulated for high performance on difficult machining operations with low
staining characteristics on aluminium alloys. Primarily designed to give
ultra low foam performance in high pressure applications. Suitable for
creep-feed grinding, aluminium machining and stainless and other ferrous
alloys.
- Coolant CS-50E. Fully synthetic
metalworking fluid, long
service life. Novel, high performance, lubricity additives give this product superb machining characteristics,
outperforming neat oils and highly chlorinated soluble oils. It is a chlorine
free cutting fluid and is suitable for creep-feed grinding.
- Coolant HW1100. An excellent hard water stable
medium oil semi-synthetic watermix cutting fluid with superior cleanliness and
flushing in waters of 500 ppm.
- Coolant HW1500. An excellent hard water stable
medium oil semi-synthetic watermix cutting fluid with enhanced corrosion
protection where high chloride levels are encountered.
- Coolant HW 1900. An ultra hard water stable high
oil watermix cutting fluid, can be used in water hardness >1000ppm and is
suitable for magnesium machining.
