Tube Drawing lubricants
We have extensive experience in the design of chlorine-free and chlorine containing lubricants for the most arduous tube drawing applications with draw bench lubricants for reductions of 50%. We have advanced technology for drawing Copper Tube, Aluminium Tube, Stainless Tube, Titanium Tube and Nickel Alloy Tube.
We have also recently designed a special coating lubricant, both in solvent deposited and water deposited form which gives extreme drawing performance when drawing inconel and other exotic alloy tube.
We can design products for specialist applications, where volumes are very small, or where off-the-shelf or existing products do not give the required performance. We work closely with our customers to ensure their expectations are fully met or exceeded, giving superior tool-life, surface finish, and reduced breakage.
