Tube filling resin which is water washable to make cleaning post operation easy. It is a safe and lower cost alternative to Lead alloy tube fillers.
Lead alloy tube filling compound. Low melting point (70oC), classic fusible alloy for tube bending.
Very high performance tube bending lubricant which is suitable for the most arduous bending of stainless steel. It is viscous lubricant (like treacle) for difficult tube bending.
Very high performance tube bending lubricant which is suitable for the most arduous bending of stainless steel. It has the additional benefit of being water soluble to make cleaning off after processing easy. It is also suitable for aluminium alloys and titanium.
Oil-
Synthetic tube forming oil especially effective for aluminium and titanium tube. Used by BAE systems. Chlorine and sulphur free and suitable for aerospace materials.
